How does the free preview work?
You get to see the artwork preview before being charged. 

When you check out, we save your payment details but we don’t charge until you approve of the artwork for printing or until 7 days have passed since the preview has been sent.

If you have not requested for any edits and have not cancelled the order within those 7 days,  we'll consider it approved. We will then proceed to charging your payment method and printing your custom artwork.

PayPal will automatically charge you on check out.
We cannot prevent them from doing this. However, we can send you the portrait previews and if you decide not to go ahead to printing, the charged funds will be fully 100% returned to you.*

When can I see the preview?
Once your canvas is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 7 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing.

If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we will make two more attempts to contact you via email. If we still don’t hear back after 7 days of the first preview email being sent, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

What if I don’t like it? Do you accept returns?
We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait. If you are unhappy with the preview and don’t want to proceed to printing, you get 100% of your money back.

However, once your portrait has gone to printing, we cannot accept returns. As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for your child, it cannot be repackaged or resold once printed. We can offer you a 50% refund and a $50 store coupon instead.

How long will it take to make?
After receiving your order, we check your photo and send you your digital preview within 48 hours.

Printing and shipping generally takes 3-5 days after you've approved the proof.
You can ask as many revisions as you want, but keep in mind that it takes our design team a little bit of time to make these changes.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email.

Can I change my order? 
If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you. 
You can change your order for 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee that we can change it.
